Call our helpline to book an appointment for a physical assessment.

Upon physical assessment, our on-site counselor shall determine the suitable 'Care' options for your review. (Includes bespoke plans aligned to your requirements)

The selected option will be auto-populated in the contract including billing details for your authorization.
(It is imperative that the contract is signed and payment is processed before the physical area is set up for delivery of care services. Invoice is issued once the payment is processed)

An on-site team will be tasked to install requisite ICU facilities in the designated physical area. This is to ensure adherence to our standard care-giving procedures.

The designated physical area will be disinfected and fumigated to make it patient ready. Care-giving schedule is shared with the kin.

Services commence as per the schedule.
